How does the Elf Survival Kit work?

Our Elf Survival Kit makes "The Elf on the Shelf" tradition Elf-fortless!  Choose the scene you'd like to set up, scan the QR code and follow the instructions for that day. Each kit includes an arrival scene and a departure scene, however all other days can be displayed in whatever order you choose.

If I've ordered from you before, will there be new scenes?

Yes, we create new scenes each year and take special care to ensure activities and themes aren't repeated to keep the magic alive!

When will I receive my items?

Elf Survival Kits are handcrafted with new daily scenes each year. Pre-orders will ship mid-November for guaranteed arrival before December 1. In stock items will ship within 3 business days via the shipping speed selected at checkout.

Can I pick up my items?

Accepted Answer

Local pickup can be arranged for customers in Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee. Local customers may also select shipping. Your order will be fulfilled according to the delivery method selected at checkout.

What if I have more than 1 Elf?

For households with more than one elf, we offer an Add-on package for "additional elves" located on our Shop All page.

Question 6

What if my Elf "arrives" the week of Thanksgiving?

Accepted Answer

If your Elf "arrives" prior to December 1, we have an additional 7 days available for purchase that can be added on to your 24 day kit.
