Instant Snow

- Wrap the scarf around the elves neck.
- Take the pipe cleaner and curl each end to resemble ear muffs.
- Take the INSTANT SNOW package, add water to create snow.
TIP: mix the snow in a dish before placing it where you'd like. Snow will keep if you keep it in a zip lock for about a week.
